You may request an export of your data at any time
If you choose to delete your account, your personal information and ag data will be deleted
Combyne’s Data Principles
Neutrality
Combyne is an independent platform. Our mission is to help farmers optimize the value of every bushel, and that mission is set by Combyne alone. We do not operate to further the interests of grain buyers, or any other company or organization on the sell or buy side.
Data Monetization
We do not sell your individual data to any third party. This means your Personal Information, as well as your individual Ag Data is not sold to any third party or company. Combyne does not profit from selling your data.
Data Ownership
You own your data. This includes all Personal Information that you share with Combyne, as well as all Ag Data. You can request to delete your Combyne account at any time and Combyne will permanently delete all of your data within 7 days. Combyne is an Ag Data Transparent company.
Specific Uses of Data in Combyne
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your personal information is protected
Personal data you enter into Combyne when you create an account, such as your first and last name, email, location, and phone number, is stored securely on our servers, and is never shared to third parties without your explicit permission. The personal information you enter when you create your account on Combyne stays within our app - and is only required for the use of the app.
AG DATA
Your important farm data is secure
Any business data you input on Combyne, including marketable crop, contracts, load tickets and settlements are only visible to you. They are never shared with other app users, grain buyers or third parties for any purpose, unless you expressly request it. Your data is stored securely on our servers, for your access only.
INTEGRATIONS
Sharing data between tools you choose to connect
Scenarios where you may be asked to share this information is when you set up integrations with the various tools we’ve partnered with. Personal and account data could be shared between apps you choose to connect to Combyne, but at the time you connect your accounts, you will be able to see what data is shared, and choose whether you would like to connect your accounts.
NOTIFICATION PREFERENCES
Choose the way you receive notifications
When signing up for Combyne, you are automatically opted-in to our product communications. We send updates via email, SMS, and mobile app notifications to keep you up-to-date with your account, new features, integration releases, etc. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time, or change your preferences to choose what type of notifications you receive. Just head to Notification Preferences under your profile.
There are important emails we are required to send you about the status of your account that you will not be able to opt out of as an account holder - but we promise these don’t come too frequently.
